Workout of the Week #17

Welcome to “Workout of the Week #17” with me, the Get-Fit Guy, Brock Armstrong. Today I am going to show you one of the variations of a workout I did while staying in a hotel in Chicago earlier this week. This is great for hotels, small spaces, or anywhere else you want to fit in a workout without any fitness gear. 

The exercises:
– Jumping jacks
– Wall sits
– Pushups
– Crunches
– Squats
– Dips
– Planks
– Running in place with high knees
– Lunges
– Pushups with rotation
– Side planks
