Video: Raise Your Arms in the Air

Especially as we age, it is important to keep our shoulders durable and mobile. This video demonstrates a number of different exercises you can do with Resistance Bands, Dumbells, or household items to make sure you are able to wave your arms in the air (like you just don’t care?) now and for years to come.

The exercises in this video are:

  • Overhead Pull-aparts
  • Tricep extension
  • Dumbell External Rotations
  • Alternating Overhead Press
  • Cross-body Jabs
  • Pull Aparts
  • Band Dislocates

Do these a few times per month and make sure you remember to get your arm above shoulder level on a daily basis and you will be raising the roof well into your golden years.
