Tricep Dips – Workout of the Week #51

Tricep dips are a functional exercise that you can do almost anywhere. They are a great bodyweight exercise that builds both arm and shoulder strength.

In this video, I demonstrate three variations that you can choose from (to match your fitness level) or you can do all three as a progressive and complete workout.
