A common excuse I hear from people is that they “don’t have room to workout at home.” To which I say “HA!”
So, to prove that it can be done (and quite easily) here is a video of me doing a full-body workout between my bed and the wall of my old apartment.
The exercises in the video are:
- Jumping Jacks
- Wall Sits
- Push-ups
- Crunches
- Body Weight Squats
- Dips
- Front Plank
- Running with High Knees
- Front Lunges
- Push-ups with Rotations
- Side Plank
The idea is to do each exercise for 30 seconds and then transition to the next one within 10 seconds. This keeps your body moving and means that what would otherwise be considered mostly a strength workout also becomes a cardio session (albeit short).
