We rely on our hips for so much, isn’t it time we gave them some love? This routine will add some much-needed strength and mobility back into those tired and stiff balls-and-sockets known as hip joints.

- Glute Kick Backs
- Hip Bridges
- Standing Hip Hikes
As I said, these exercises will build strength if you do enough reps and sets but even just doing what I show in the video will help you gain and maintain mobility without the need to get sweaty or sore.
