Squat to Overhead Press (broken down)

In this video, I breakdown the step-by-step components of a great compound (or multi-joint) and functional exercise called the Squat to Overhead Press.

NB: you don’t have to do all of these steps. Simply begin or end the workout at whatever point matches your current fitness level and current capability.

As you can see, you don’t need to change clothes, go to a gym, or get sweaty to do this exercise, which makes it a perfect sequence to use for a movement break during your day.
