She is the author of The Roll Model: A Step-by-Step Guide to Erase Pain, Improve Mobility, and Live Better in Your Body, and a contributing author on self-myofascial release in the textbook Fascia, Function and Medical Applications. She is the creator of dozens of instructional DVDs, including Walking Well with Katy Bowman and Treat While You Train with Kelly Starrett DPT.
