This is the final episode of Second Wind Fitness. I am off to lend my particular set of skills to a few other content creators out there – but – I couldn’t leave you without this final reminder to shake that all-or-nothing mindset.
No matter what your goals are – something is always better than nothing. Always choose movement over being sedentary.
It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just do something.

I am very sorry that your are giving up your podcast. I have followed you since you were the Get Fit Guy. I think one of the first episodes I listened to was your interview with the founder of Vivibarefoot and I have be wearing their shoes ever since. I do your Wake Routine everyday and follow you on UTube. While I have never had a weight problem and I love going to the gym, you really helped me understand the importance of doing movement snacks throughout the day and I always try to take a walk after lunch. I no longer feel like i have to go to the gym everyday. I recommended your podcast to many friends. I feel like I am losing the best fitness coach I ever had. But the one thing l have learned living on this earth 73 years that things change all the time. I wish you the best of luck in you new adventures, Just know your work was valued and greatly appreciated by me and I sure hundreds more,
