Workout of the Week #16

Welcome to “Workout of the Week #16” with me, the Get-Fit Guy, Brock Armstrong. Today I am going to explain what I do in the evening to prepare myself for a good night’s sleep.

Don’t worry, you don’t need all the crazy recovery tools that I have in this video. Preparing for a good sleep is more about the ritual, the relaxation, the unplugging, and definitely the breathing than it is about the toys.
